Celiacs symptoms or lack of symptoms is not helpful as celiacs can be activated and cause damage, without presenting any symptoms, after ingesting as little as 1.5 breadcrumbs. Even though they take care in regards to cross contamination the fact that its all exposed to wheat makes it not celiac safe. Good for those who don’t need 100% gf though.
