The chef was knowledgable and helpful, as I am just getting started on my gluten free journey. I did notice that they use the same utensils and cooking surface, so potential for cross contamination is high. Basically everything hibachi gets a good dose of soy sauce and/or other sauces that contain gluten. The nigiri was delicious!

If you ask the chef they will cook your food without any products that contain gluten in front of you if you sit at the grill. The chef was very careful and kind about doing so.
