12/10 fantastic 100% amazing. Safe for celiac, so many dietary options. Everything is labeled with allergens and full list of ingredients. Staff is amazing and knowledgeable. The food is superb. Seriously try the falafel and the mjadarah… it will change your life. Dietary options for GF, DF, Veg, VE. Dessert, gf pita.

This Mediterranean cafe features delicious naturally gluten free items like meats, rice, and veggies, and also an entire GLUTEN FREEN DESSERT CASE! With so many options I felt like a kid in a candy store. There are various brownies, cookies, cupcakes and more, all GF, all separated from the non-GF dessert case.

I eat at this restaurant frequently. It is a fast-casual establishment. Food items are clearly labeled with ingredients and there are a lot of healthy options to choose from. I’m gluten-sensitive not celiac.

The food here is good but if you are sensitive to gluten, be careful. The staff was always nice and would say that they would be careful with cross contamination, but my experience there tells otherwise. I ate here once and had a minor reaction but I didn’t know what it was from, but then I ate there again and had a really strong reaction. I connected the dots and realized this place isn’t a safe place to eat.

A tasty variety of gluten-free options. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have safely eaten at both the Cary and the Morgan Street Food Hall locations.

The food is amazing but be careful!! My daughter ate the gluten free pita today and just had a strong reaction. Unfortunately, we won't be able to trust it anymore.

Heaven on a plate! So many delicious options and everything was clearly marked. We had an amazing lunch and look forward to many more visits.

GF salads are prepared separately (and there's a lot of options ). Meat skewers are gf and prepared separated. We tried gf pita bread, and did not like it. They also have some JP's pastries for dessert, but we didn't try. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing! The falafel is GF and so good. GF pita bread and GF desserts from JP Pastry. Loved the hummus and veggie sides! We will definitely be back.

Everything thing in the deli case is clearly labeled with its ingredients, so you don't have to worry or ask a bunch of questions. The food is excellent! I have not tried the GF pita bread since it costs extra. They have several GF desserts in a separate case.

Gluten free pita is yummy and they have a large variety of delicious gf deserts from JP's Pastry.

Fresh, delicious, healthy, and a ton of gluten free choices! Family owned and operated. The GF pita is great.My new favorite restaurant!
