Delicious gf pancakes. You can add whatever you would like on top as well. All meats are gf and you can design your own omelet. The restaurant as a whole is super knowledgeable about celiacs. They cook all gf meals in separate designated area with different pans/utensils. They make sure to properly wash up and change gloves.
