The only gf thing I found was the hummus if you sub the pita chips for extra veggies. The nachos are corn but share a fryer.
They had two gf ciders when I went.

Hardly any options, even the waiter wasn't sure beyond a gluten free pizza crust. Not worth the trip.
Schlafly beer and it's restaurants have been St Louis institutions for over 25 years for good reasons: good beer, interesting food and lots of creativity. And their website is upfront that they do not have a GF beer (they made one in 2006-7 but dropped due to a claimed lack of interest). They do not have a GF menu and the only options suggested to me were a GF pizza and a sandwich without bread. I took my own bun so I could get a burger (which was fine). The applesauce side was just fine.

Sunday brunch was delicious great vegetables and farm fresh eggs
Staff was knowledge about gluten. The GF pizza is a standard Udi's brand crust. I was pleased to learn that I can eat here safely. I have Celiac disease so bad I land in the ER when I get glutened.

Had the nachos and was fine. Still a little unsure of the place but would like to try it again.
Really great trout and potato dish. The creme brûlée was wonderful for desert. Have eaten here often and never been sick. Just make sure to ask lots of questions. No longer have a separate GF menu.

I ordered the gluten free pizza and got sick before I even got home. Pretty apparent that I got a regular pizza crust instead. I won't be back. It's a shame because they do try to source local and quality meats.

Cross contaminated. Ordered gluten free penne pasta and found regular spaghetti in the dish. Took me about 15 minutes just to get the attention of someone about the matter and they basically were like, hey, it happens. Will not be going back.
Their gluten free menu is very basic: for example, a burger with no bread. Duh. They do have gluten free pizza crust so I'll give them that. I had nachos and they were very good. Waiter was very nice.
Familiar with the choices on the Bottleworks' regular menu, I anticipated they'd be much more progressive regarding GF, but I was very disappointed. On their printed GF menu, they actually list most of their sandwiches, "without bread", and their Gnocchi "without gnocchi'. Really!! In addition, they don't regularly have cider available. I was bummed to have to order wine with dinner at a brewery.

GF menu upon request. Wait staff well trained on gluten allergies. GF pasta subbed in Mac and Cheese was fantastic. Subbed fresh veggies for the pita bread with hummus for a healthy GF appetizer.
