Review of Schlafly Bottleworks

Schlafly beer and it's restaurants have been St Louis institutions for over 25 years for good reasons: good beer, interesting food and lots of creativity. And their website is upfront that they do not have a GF beer (they made one in 2006-7 but dropped due to a claimed lack of interest). They do not have a GF menu and the only options suggested to me were a GF pizza and a sandwich without bread. I took my own bun so I could get a burger (which was fine). The applesauce side was just fine.
