Review of Schlotzsky's

The cashiers were not knowledgeable about menu items other than explaining gf bread was an option. When ordering, I made sure to explain it was an allergy. My plate arrived with a slice of garlic toast on top of my salad. So, I inquired if the bread on my sandwich was indeed gf. She pointed out that it was wrapped in paper so as not to cross-contaminate. However, the garlic bread was on the same plate! I appreciate the option of gluten free, and with training I believe this could be a very good choice.
