This is an amazing restaurant for celiacs. The waiter was extremely helpful and they had a separate gluten free menu which included starters, mains and desserts. I would highly recommend a trip to this restaurant if in the Sausalito area of SF.
The server was super knowledgeable about the menu, what was already GF and what could be made GF. The caprese salad was wonderful and the Dungeness crab was reasonably good. The crab bisque was salty and a little sour. I had no after effects. 5 stars for the server and 3.5 stars for the food.
Our waiter was outstanding, even reordered truffle/parmesan french fries so he could replace oil so that I could share in the dish. Even though I thought that was beyond necessary, he really wanted my experience to be good. The lobster bisque was my favourite dish but everything was amazing. The waiter patiently tweaked dishes that are not labeled as gf so that I could enjoy sharing with my husband. I'm a very sensitive celiac and would definitely go here again.
