Corey and his wife will post an ad saying they need employees. Offer them plus tips. But wait to tell them on there first shift about to close that new hires don't get tips for the first five days. Way to advertise and take people's money. It's like other reviews on here you like to nickle and dime everyone so you have more money. Shame on you and your wife. No one in boh knows how to handle food. Cleaning lettuce on the back sink getting sprayed down by a dishwasher cleaning off plates. They don't list everything that on an item. Scared for the people that have food allergies or is immunocompromised. This place will get you sick. Covid 19 for sure. Good luck. See you in court.
Update. I'm am not giving false information. Or I would have had tips for the four days worked. I have no money atm was looking for a tipped job at night so I could have cash every night. But hey you and your husband like to take advantage of people. Maybe you should state on your Ads that you aren't going to tip for the first five days. I got let go / fired because I didn't have enough cooking experience. Bs I have more cooking experience then some of your boh staff. You didnt train me enough with the lack of kitchen workers. The owners didnt even know how to plate items. You wanted me to train with chris so i came in on my day off and then wanted to let me go because I wasn't trained properly the previous couple days. I took picture and notes to make sure that plates were going out 1000% correct. I didnt know your menu because your employees didnt know the menu. Your employees handle food with no care. You have people washing dishes while preping food on the back sink. You let co workers drink alcoholic drinks on shift while closing down.

Gf crust available. However, they have a shared oven with flour. I had to ask them to grill the pizza on the flat top and it was equally as delicious! They said they don’t cook anything with flour on the flat top!
FYI, Cross contamination is an issue if you have serious gluten allergies. Pizza is not cooked in a separate pan, or a pan at all. Same oven no pan, they will do their best to wipe down but they say it prob wouldn’t be safe. Best place for celiacs to get pizza on the island is Safeway. If you have an oven.

Great pizza! They have a GF crust. The server knew to ask how serious of a gluten allergy I had. Asked specifically about celiac. Made sure that the person cooking a pizza knew so they could wipe everything down. Very good!
