My husband and I have been to many breweries and restaurants, but this was by far the best experience we have had in terms of celiac friendly food. The chef was incredible, and he came out and thoroughly explained the menu options available. He has family members that are celiac, so I felt very confident that there would be no cross-contamination. The food was also amazing, and we loved everything we tried.They are also currently working on remodeling their kitchen to allow for a dedicated gluten-free fryer. We will definitely be making a trip back when this is finished.
