Scratch Steakhouse and Lounge

I have Celiac and I am super sensitive. The owner, Demond, came to our table and discussed all the gluten free options with me. He was knowledgeable and sincere. My meal was amazing. I had a chicken dish and my husband had steak. Demond made sure both were prepared with extra caution by the staff. I made the suggestion that he modify the menu so that Celiacs and gluten sensitive customers could feel comfortable ordering. He took my suggestion seriously and the second time we visited Demond remembered us and showed us the new menu with GF choices clearly marked. My husband and I had another superb meal and once again I did not get sick. I would recommend Scratch everytime for anyone looking for gluten free dining in Louisville, Ohio.

Best crust I've ever had on a steak. By a mile. The brandy peppercorn sauce on the dry aged ribeye was honestly the best steak sauce combo I've ever had. The drinks were delicious and strong! The creme brûlée's SO rich. Demond is such a nice guy and it's rare to see the owner walking around and talking to every table. I will be a regular here for sure!
