They literally served my dish with a piece of bread on it and the guy who took my plate out said the server did not indicate that neither me nor my daughter has celiac. Hope i don’t get sick! Avoid at all costs. Plus, the veggies were pure oil, not very good. My husband left an 18% tip and i am pisses, i wanted to leave a 10%.
RUN, don’t walk, to this Celiac paradise. No, there is no GF menu, BUT nothing is really fried. It’s fresh seafood from the local fishermen. And it is delicious. Each fish platter is prepared separately on its own spot, so no cross contamination ( just don’t get it parmesan cracker crumbs ) with several options of fresh fish and preparation styles. Server was VERY familiar with cross contamination and the menu items I could not have. There are a few off limits items ( oyster stew). Clam chowder was GF and to die for! I had the shrimp tacos. DIVINE! The sauce over it was GF. Conch cerveineh was GF and delicious! Hubby got blackened grouper and I was able to sample it ( just leave off the bread from order) It was soooooo good. Creme brûlée for dessert. What’s not to like, er…. Love. Can’t recommend it enough.
Food very good, service outstanding. As with any situation discussion of gluten issues is important. Staff here responded well to our concerns. Several items on the menu were available. Fish tocos were great.
This place was amazing! I informed them of my allergy and they made sure that it was prepared on a clean surface. I got fish tacos and they were the best fish tacos I’ve had! For dessert I had creme brûlée and it was delicious! I had no reaction, and would definitely recommend!
