So thrilled to see they have gluten-free flatbread! Made from tapioca flour. Never thought I'd have flatbread again! Delicious! Entrée was wonderful as well - grilled scallops over risotto. Dessert - GF shot glass of yumminess. The waitress was very knowledgable and the kitchen manager visited our table. Everyone answered all my GF and cc questions! I can't wait to go back!
