I had an excellent meal at the Sedona taphouse; I had the ahi tuna, asparagus, and fruit. They had many other things I could have eaten as well. I have numerous allergens in addition to gluten, and they accommodated these really well. My server Maria and the general manager were both excellent and very helpful. Maria was extremely knowledgeable about the menu items and helped me to know what dishes would work well for my allergens, communicated with the kitchen, and her manager and checked in on me after I got my food. The manager brought my food out personally and checked in with me numerous times before and after I got my food. I highly recommend this place.
