DONT EAT THE FLATBREAD!! I went to nashville for the eras tour to see taylor swift. I ate here on friday and got glutened. I told them I had an allergy and she waiter seemed to acknowledge it, but I got sick after eating it and some fries. I’m not sure if i would consider this restaurant celiac safe, as someone who got sick from it.

The first thing they asked when we were seated was if anyone had any allergies. There are a ton of gluten free options. I am celiac and ate here twice in the last three days and I have had no issues or reactions. Highly recommend!!

Sedona is definitely is one of our go to in Nashville. Good menu for GF and yummy food. HOWEVER, some of the servers are not very careful though. I have now been contaminated twice because the servers brought regular flat bread instead of GF. When they delivered the food, I asked if it was the GF flatbread, and they said yes. Well, there goes another 4 days of my life.

Can’t say I have had a burger and fries as good as this one without having any worries of also getting sick. They have a separate fryer. Staff is knowledgeable. Get the truffle fries.

Many of the items are or can be made gluten free. The only items fried are french fries and corn tortilla chips so the fryers are safe. The kitchen will also change gloves and make your dish separately if told there is an allergy. I ordered the Hangover Burger without the fried egg on top with shoestring fries. The burger was too well done for my liking but it was good otherwise. The rest of my party liked their meals as well. They ordered Chuckawalla Chicken, Salmon Asparagus Salad, and Norwegian Salmon.

I contacted them to see what their GF procedures were, there’s the response:
“Hi,
My name is Desi Govan and I am one of the Chefs with the head office of DJB Hospitality/ Sedona Taphouse. I had received word that were interested in our procedures in eliminating risk of gluten cross contamination in our stores and wanted to get back to you to delve deeper into the policies we have in place to address this. First & foremost, allergies such as yours are always at the forefront of our minds when creating and structuring our recipes & kitchens as we understand the importance of knowing and avoiding the risks of cross contamination and work tirelessly to train on our staff on these points as well. From the moment you arrive, your server/bartender will ask of any allergens. From there, back of the house staff are trained and inspected on washing hands in between tickets, sanitizing all work stations upon receiving an allergen ticket and plating on specific dishes when an allergy is present (i.e: gluten free flatbreads go on our white rectangle plates rather than our normal pizza boards). Here at the head office, we work our recipes around a gluten free fryer to ensure nothing with gluten ever touches the fryer station. We also keep a gluten free area of our grills and pizza ovens to avoid the same risks. We offer gluten free pasta, gluten free flatbread, corn tortillas for tacos & for chips with Guacamole, & gluten free hamburger buns as some bread alternatives to our guests. We are also always researching our products (i.e sauces, dressings, etc.) to ensure no wheat products are present and, if they are unavoidable, we train on our staff on these points so that your server can help assist you in altering your dish to be able to serve you.
With all this in mind, we take great pride in being a safe and delicious option for all guests to enjoy. Please don't hesitate to let me know if there are any further questions I can assist with. We hope you come & visit us at our Nashville location soon!”

Excellent experience here! Plenty of gf options and our server didn’t bat an eye at my dietary need.
I got the crab flatbread - perfect for a light meal. I also had some of my wife’s fries, which are also gf.

Good experience here! They have a dedicated fryer which is great.
For anybody who is also dairy-free, just a note that they cook a lot of the items in butter - so almost all the sides have dairy (except the steamed broccoli and French fries) but all sides are GF.

Great place. I went in a big group at 9pm and got seated right away, the kitchen closes at 9:45pm during the week. We got our food pretty quickly. I had the grilled chicken with asparagus and garlic whipped potatoes and I didn’t have any problems. I would go back.

Fantastic food and cocktails; unfortunately, I did have a gluten reaction after eating. However, based on the reviews, clearly marked menus, and knowledgeable staff, I would assume this was a fluke and not the standard.

The server was really tough to work with and I had to requestion my food when it came out. I ate it very nervously I didn’t get sick which is good, but wasn’t a great experience as a celiac. Also for Nashville this place is over priced for just alright food.

After reading other positive comments we decided to give it a try while visiting Nashville today. So glad we did! The truffle fries were made in a dedicated GF fryer and so delicious that we ordered a second batch. I had the salmon and asparagus salad and it was delicious. The staff was very knowledgeable and took my gluten allergy seriously

Best Gluten safe experience I have had since discovering my gluten intolerance (racing heart then stomach) about two years ago. Traveling to Nashville I found this gem on FindMeGlutenFree. I can never have real French fries anywhere and usually no appetizers. Here we shared a guacamole appetizer with chips. Then we split shared the bbq chicken flatbread prepared with the gluten free option and the hangover burger also prepared gluten free (special and delicious bun). I know not everyone in this community can consume gluten reduced products such as beers that are brewed with an enzyme but these work for me. They had Stone Delicious IPA on draft which I’ve only had in cans over the past two years and generally only available for home consumption. Here they had it on draft which was a nice treat. I know there is some risk with contamination in the beer lines from former draft selections on the same line but I took the risk and no issues for me. YMMV.

Celiac Paradise!! Seriously, come here. They have a dedicated frier, and where else can you get crab-stuffed mushrooms and garlic fries?? We got the mushrooms and they were great. The sangria is also really good :) my celiac mom got the flatbread and she absolutely raved about it, said it was incredible and didn’t taste gluten free at all!! I felt confident that my salmon was sautéed on a GF cooktop. This was such a rare treat!!

Ordered the GF flat bread and they waited until the rest of my party received their food to let me know that they didn’t have any GF flat bread left. It had already taken so long for my party to receive their food that I couldn’t order anything because they were half way done eating before I received the menu back to order. Not what I was expecting after reading such great reviews.

Lots of gluten free food and gluten free accommodations. They don’t put anything in their fryer that has gluten. We had truffle fries, jalapeño poppers, wings, and crab stuffed mushrooms...everything was so good! Could have had a whole meal made of the fries. The manager even brought over a new gluten free beer they are trying out for free. Felt very safe eating there and did not get sick. I want to go back!

Sedona Taphouse has a registered dietitian on staff, has a separate prep space, and a dedicated fryer.
I've been eating at the Sedona Taphouse Nashville location and have never had any issues. The staff is so warm and welcoming and extremely accommodating. They have a dedicated fryer, which means we can finally indulge in some Celiac safe sweet potato fries and the delicious truffle fries.
The flatbreads are amazing. Seriously, you'd have no idea they're gluten free. I've had them all, but the South Rim Shrimp Flatbread is my favorite. I love that Sedona has gluten free options that are hard to find at other establishments like the Prime Rib Sandwich, Crab Cakes and Wings. They even have a yummy flourless chocolate cake for dessert.

O, my gosh, eat here! Delicious and most of the menu is either already gluten free, or can be made to be. I could not choose so I got flatbread and Thai shrimp. Yum o. Then I got a Cuban sandwich to go. Also, delicious.

Lots of options. If you are Celiac, you will want to ask a few more questions. The fryer should be okay, but isn't guaranteed safe. Good food. I did not get sick.
They are very aware of allergies and ask right away! Their burger is amazing and their flatbread and chicken dishes are great. Never had a bad meal here!
The staff is great about educating you about the GF options. Plenty to pick from at various price points. Some highlights in my opinion: THE FLATBREADS (so crispy and buttery), Chuckawalla Chicken, and their sangria! Always a joy to eat out somewhere safe!
Yes
Huge selection of cider and gluten free beer and majority of the menu can be made gluten free. Best flatbread I've ever had. And huge regular beer selection so non gluten free people will love this place too!

I’m a celiac and was bowled over by the many choices here! Everything was clearly marked on the menu and server was exceptionally knowledgeable. Food was super delicious from appetizer to dessert! Best celiac friendly restaurant I’ve come across in a long time. š
