The food was okay (part of it even good), but the dining experience here left a lot to be desired. Hope you don’t need to go to the bathroom. It’s TEENY TINY and dirty - think gas station bathroom, plus the door is hard to close. Additionally, the servers are quick to remove dishes. I was asked twice if I was done when I was quite obviously still eating! The servers stare at you; it’s pretty uncomfortable. Having a QR code instead of printed menus is weird. I had to help an older gentleman sitting near me. 2 appetizers and a salad with tap water to drink was $82. I wouldn’t go back. I wish I had gone somewhere else.

Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your experience as much as you had hoped. We take customer feedback very seriously, and I’d like to address some of your concerns. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to change the size of our bathrooms, but I can assure you that we clean them very regularly. Like many restaurants over the years we have adopted QR code menus, but we do have some physical menus available upon request. The pricing of our menu reflects the high quality ingredients we use, and prices of each appetizer varies. Our staff is very attentive, and I’m sorry that you felt uncomfortable when they asked if you were finished. I’ll be sure to pass along your feedback. I hope that you’ll choose to dine with us again.
Thank you,
The Senza Gluten team
