We went in for dinner on a weeknight and the place was mostly empty. The menu was full of choices of traditional Italian food. We split an eggplant parmesean-like first course. Dinner was the mushroom ravioli and four-cheese gnocchi, with the ravioli the more enjoyble of the two. I had the connoli for desert, and was surprised that the cream had something like a cinnamon flavor. It was tasty, I've just never had that before. Over all, it was a good meal.
Cash & American Express Only. Expensive so if you’re paying in cash bring at least $200 to be safe for 2-3 people.
100% gluten free restaurant!!
In 2015, I came for my 25th birthday and ordered calamari for an appetizer. I ordered the lasagna and my mom ordered fried veal - both were delicious as we shared. We had tiramisu and chocolate cake for dessert. I also had gluten free bourbon.
In 2025, I came for my 30th birthday. My fiancé and I shared lasagna and chicken parmesan along with cannolis for dessert. I also had bourbon since it’s rare to get GF.
Delicious food & great service!! Expensive GF and Senza only takes cash or American Express (no other credit cards).
My visit here was very disappointing. Not only was everything very overpriced for very small portions the food was not good. The bread they served was the worst I've had. The so called olive oil that came with it tasted like nothing so maybe it wasn't olive oil. The aranchini was almost $30 and we got four little balls of rice that were smaller than golf balls. The place was very small and not very clean. I have to say it was quite disappointing even though it was safe for celiac.
Amazing experience with no stress eating for this Celiac! Had the lasagna, family had mushroom ravioli and 5 cheese gnocchi and it was all delicious! Lasagna portions were huge and it was delicious! I have missed good lasagna! I splurged and had dessert too and ate the chocolate molten cake. Was very good!
After dreaming of going here for years... was highly disappointed in the quality of food, and service. especially for the prices they charge. Nothing about this place is homemade, all of the food was boxed / pre-made. My pasta was boxed corn pasta and bottled pasta sauce, absolutely yuck 🤮 The drinks were top dollar but gross, not sure how you mess up a margarita. The only thing I enjoyed was the cannoi, but again, it was a pre-made shell and can tell it wasnt fresh as it was on the soggy side. My fiance ordered lasagana and it was definitley in the fridge and microwaved. Theres so many other high end restaurants with better service that can accommodate GF. Yes this place is dedicated GF and as a celiac, I would never come here again (that's how bad the food was).
Went here with a party of 9 (called & made reservations 3 weeks before my trip as this is my go to place in NYC), 8 gluten eaters and me the 1 celiac girlie. Our party ordered a wide variety of the menu - bread, calamari, fettuccini bolognese, lasagna, chicken parmesan, veal chop, risotto, mushroom pasta in cream sauce, and gnocchi in mushroom cream sauce. All dishes were outstanding and everyone raved about how they couldn’t even tell it was gluten free. highly recommend eating here if you’re gluten free and in the city! Lasagna & chicken parmesan are always what I debate over getting every visit and are just so delicious, but I’ve never had a bad dish here.
Magical! We too came here for Thanksgiving. Starting with bread and olive oil almost made me cry - I miss that so much. Everyone’s meals were absolute perfection. The bruschetta was perfectly chilled and just delicious. Caesar was the most gorgeous presentation I’ve ever seen. I got the spaghetti with seafood and I think this was the best meal I’ve ever had, even better than what we had in Italy. We knew everyone loved their meal because our table was just silent 😊 except for “oh my gosh this is so good!” The restaurant itself is gorgeous - so beautifully lit and decorated, the entire staff was so warm. Important note!! While they only take cash or Amex, there IS an ATM onsite. We also got desserts - tiramisu, Molten lava cake and cannolis were all just perfect. Absolutely come here if you find yourself in NYC 💕
this was the best gluten free restaurant i have seriously ever been to! we went for thanksgiving and everything was so delicious. even my family (who aren’t celiac) fell in love with the place and we’re still talking about it. definitely a very pricey place but it was worth every penny!
The MUSHROOM RAVIOLI is absolutely amazing! Even my gluten-eating partner said it was the best ravioli he’s ever had. I also tried the Carbonara (yum), Spaghetti Vongole (yum), and Gnocchi Alla Bolognese (don’t recommend).
This place is on the pricey side, but it’s worth it for the incredible, all-gluten-free menu. I’ve ordered through DoorDash and dined in, and both experiences were equally delicious. Highly recommend! The atmosphere is dark and intimate, perfect for a cozy dinner.
Just a heads-up: their hours can be misleading. Although they technically close at 11 pm, the kitchen shuts down at 9:45 pm, so plan accordingly if you’re thinking of coming late!
Fabulous service, upmarket all gluten free Italian restaurant. Good choice for the best part though I am dairy free as well so that limited my choices. The food was delicious though very expensive at $38 for Pasta Pomadora ( Tomato Sauce) Husband had the Mushroom Ravioli again he said it was delicious and he is not GF. Great find and to be able to eat without anxiety of reaction was lovely.
Absolutely delicious! I'd come back to NYC just to eat here again, I got the carbonara and it was absolutely amazing. My non GF family loved it too, I was so happy with the food, and really want to go back. Unfortunately I don't live in New York, but it was definitely a delicious visit lol.
We were made up with this place. Dedicated gluten free and so many things we’ve never seen anywhere else GF. Complimentary GF bread to start with some olive oil. Then we had the classic bruschetta and arancini to start, both really good. Then we had a cheese and mushroom ravioli and a spaghetti parm. Both really good. Our server Lucas was so good all night as well. I couldn’t even tell the difference that it was GF. It’s such a good spot for a romantic meal, or even with friends. Super cozy and authentic inside, must try !!!!!
Grabbed an outside table on a busy warm October Saturday. I was blown away at how nice the staff is, and how amazing the food is. I had mushroom ravioli and it was like a religious experience. It’s clear they’re making their own pasta and that makes a huge difference. Now the not so great part: When we sat down, the first thing our server told us was they only accept American Express or cash as payment. I folded up my menu and told him, that I don’t carry an AMEX and I don’t have the kind of cash I’d be spending on this meal. He mentioned they have an ATM in the restaurant that I could use. We’re back in business. UNTIL… I walked downstairs to use the ATM (that was one of those tiny ones that looks like you could purchase at a Costco), tried to withdraw cash - Declined. Tried again thinking it was a fluke - declined. Tried to withdraw from a different type of account - Declined. Forgetting that my bank freezes my card after three strikes, I went up to the manager and told her that their ATM wasn’t working and it was Visa or I’m walking. She directed me to a BOA ATM around the corner. Tried to withdraw cash - Denied. Walked back to the restaurant, explained that my bank probably has me in money jail. I suggested Venmo and my server perked right up, handed me his phone, which I took back to my table and had my son do the transaction as I no longer had access to cash. Wow. I won’t go again because of this. Honestly, they got the food SO right! And the atmosphere is awesome there! I was kinda traumatized by this if I’m being honest. If the restaurant owner reads this, please consider accepting Visa/Mastercard. I don’t want to Venmo your servers. Whatever the auth is on a Visa transaction, give me the option to pay it. WAY cheaper than the $3.50 ATM fee.
Calamari was really yummy! The service was kind of bad like they were bored or didn't want to be there. My pasta was also overcooked/gummy. I wish I had a much better time so I would come back. But for the price and service, I don't think it's worth =it

TLDR: it’s just ok
While it’s fun to have a full gluten free experience, I didn’t feel the food was better than the gluten free offerings at normal places. It was definitely nice to have so many options, and it is worth a visit if you’re in the area, but the drinks and service were just okay.
Love that everything was gluten free, but wasn’t a fan of anything we Ordered. Feels overpriced with the lack of flavor.

Good gluten free Italian restaurant. It’s nice to have a safe meal, and had a Chicken Parmigiana after being recommend as a top dish by the waitress, which also came with Spaghetti (to me that’s a bit odd, but a nice bonus). It was tasty but slightly underwhelming after the numerous high star reviews. It also strange this comes up as having pizza on this app, as they do not make this.
Everything gf. Was excited at the prospect of gf Italian food. Thought the pasta was fresh, but alas, dried and packaged, so instead I got the freshly made gnocchi with mushrooms. Disappointed. Very bland and a bit gummy. I won’t be goin back. 😩
Hello, I’m so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our gnocchi. That is certainly not the feedback we normally receive. And I’m sorry to hear that you were disappointed in our pasta options. We source our pasta from Italy, but I’ll be sure to pass along your feedback. I’d appreciate the opportunity to chat with you a bit more about your experience.
