Wow we had such a wonderful group dinner here! All 100% GF and authentic Italian. They accommodated our group of 8 even though it is a smaller establishment. The menu was huge and the options fantastic. We had a little bit of everything! Shout out to our fantastic server, Lenny, for his service and to the rest of the staff for being so welcoming.

One of BEST MEALS I have ever had! Expensive but that is New York in general. We started with the Bruschetta (highly recommend). I went for the tortellini pesto special which was amazing and my fiancé had a pasta with a variety of mushrooms. We split the chocolate cake for dessert and I had no issues after our meal. The drinks were expensive but it was the best mojito I have ever had. Highly recommend if you are in the area, just be sure to bring cash.

After years of wanting to try Senza Gluten, we were finally able to make the trek to NYC and we were not disappointed at all. The restaurant itself is adorable and has lovely ambience. The service was five star and the waitstaff was incredibly friendly and attentive. And the food. Oh, the food! It was everything we dreamed it would be. I had Mushroom Ravioli(a special) and it was extraordinary. The bread in the bread basket had the correct taste and texture. Extensive drinks and dessert menu as well. Yes, it is expensive, but it's GF in NYC, so that's to be expected. Worth a splurge! Everything was amazing and we're already plotting when we can get back!

I have had so many delicious gluten free breads and pastas, and unfortunately the ones at this restaurant were not very good. My family ordered a variety of appetizers and entrees, most of which lacked depth of flavor. But we all enjoyed the tiramisu!!!

Absolutely a must-visit in NYC. The food is phenomenal, ambience is great, and servers are lovely. Get the gnocchi and tiramisu for dessert! Best tiramisu I’ve had. And they make an amazing espresso martini. Can’t wait to come back here.

What an amazing experience. This place is a required stop for anyone traveling into NYC . Make sure you get a reservation and allow some time in the restaurant, we dined over 2 hrs. Wine, Appetizer, main course, dessert, and cappuccino. The atmosphere, staff, and food were top notch. Price is NYC reasonable, which of course is higher than anywhere else except SFO or LAX.

Great experience though overpriced. $26 for penne with oil and parm or red sauce for my daughters. Maybe throw in a side salad? Also make sure you are aware they only take cash or AmEx! My credit card didn’t work at the ATM and I failed to bring my bank card so I Venmo ed a waiter who wasn’t even mine - so so nice of them to do that. Just need more of a warning and why not take visa/Mastercard?

We popped in on a busy Friday night to grab dessert and they were really kind and accommodated us. We wanted the cannoli but they were out, so we ordered the tiramisu and the chocolate lava cake. Both were fine but not as good as I have had elsewhere. I was a little disappointed given that the dishes are not very difficult to make gluten free. The service was great and the atmosphere is lovely.

I was on a business trip and came here for dinner one of the nights. The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. The entire restaurant is gluten free which was amazing for my celiac self. Everything tasted amazing and was well worth the price. So fresh and quality ingredients.

The food is tasty. We got gnocchi, fettuccine, chicken parm and ziti with mushrooms. Know in advance that they only accept cash or American Express. Portion sizes were just right for 1 meal.

I admit I teared up a bit with happy tears while eating here. It felt so normal eating a nice dinner, like before I was diagnosed with celiac disease. They even have a sign on the door saying no outside food because we are a dedicated gluten free facility. It's just like my house. The server also asked about other food allergies, and was able to help navigate my dairy allergy. Yes, I could even get that at an Italian restaurant! I went with the seafood special. They even brought out vegan bread, so no dairy. It was warm and comforting. The people here really care about their customers and make sure they are comfortable. Not related to gluten, but people sat outside in the cold (voluntarily), and the staff even brought blankets out for them! Is it possible to love people you don't actually know and only met once briefly?

Keep in mind when you go that they only take cash and American Express, but they do have an a to m in the restaurant. Reservations are also a must because it is a small place and it is packed.

Everything is certified gluten free, and the food was delicious. It is a little spendy and the portion sizes aren’t what I would expect from a normal Italian restaurant, but everything is delicious and completely safe to eat. I would definitely recommend.

The appetizers were 10/10, but the entree was not. We had the fried calamari and it was the best I’ve ever had. The fried eggplant was also excellent. The entree was barely seasoned and dry though. I ordered chicken parmigiana and it was lackluster. The restaurant is also very small, so you’re nearly sharing the meal with the table next to you.

I wish I could give it 100 stars!!! The bread: warm and crispy. The caprese salad: fresh and tasty. The grilled lamb chops: absolutely mouthwatering!!! The sides were also delish!!!! Finding this place was fabulous and so was the service. A real treat.

If you’re in the mood for Italian then I highly recommend Senza Gluten. This restaurant is strictly gluten free and does not allow any food/beverages into the restaurant that are not gf for the safety of customers with wheat allergies and intolerances.

A reservation might be needed if you’re looking to eat at this restaurant around noon or 5-6pm as they seem to be very busy around these times. Although mostly indoor dining, they do offer outdoor dining in the summer on the sidewalk outside the restaurant.

The first question your server will ask is if you have any food allergies aside from wheat. After telling them oats, lactose, and sulfites, they helped choose wines that I wouldn’t react to and double checked with the chef to make sure the food I ordered was safe.

Additionally, the food tastes delicious! As someone who grew up in a traditional Italian neighborhood, I’ve struggled to find gf Italian foods that come close to the real thing. Senza Gluten hits the nail on the head, however, both with flavor and texture.

Probably the BEST gluten free pasta I've ever had. Quite atmosphere, so cozy and warm! Everything, and I mean everything on the menu is gluten free. I was so amazed, and our waiter even told me "you're safe here" !! Highly recommend!

The experience here was fabulous. We had the pleasure of being served by Ana who was attentive to our needs and kind. I have celiac disease (very sensitive) and dairy free.
