I would definitely recommend eating here! Their menu is clearly marked (online it’s not marked, but at the physical menu clearly states what can be made gluten free and vegetarian). All of the dishes in the buratta section can be made gluten free as well as two of the risottos, and some of the salads. All of the pastas can be made with gluten free rigatoni for a $5 upcharge. The pasta is cooked in a separate pot from the regular pasta. Be aware that the vegan pasta (which is also gluten free and looks like spaghetti) is also cooked in that same pot. I found a piece in my pasta dish and thought that my pasta had been cooked in the same water as regular pasta. After speaking to my server who then checked with the kitchen, the manager came over and explained that while the pieces of vegan pasta shouldn’t have been in my dish, the pasta was gluten free so I hadn’t been glutened. She then had the kitchen remake my dish and comped my meal. Both she and the server dealt with the situation with genuine kindness and compassion, rather than being dismissive. The way that was handled actually gave me a lot more faith in their allergen precautions than I originally had when coming in. My pasta was very good (my boyfriend tried it and thought it was one of the better gluten free pastas I’ve ordered) and the service was great.
