Cashier didn’t know about safety precautions but person making the pizzas did. Said while there is flour in the air, they prep the gluten free crusts on a different, freshly wiped down counter space and bake the pies on a screen so that they don’t touch the pans. Oven and pans are shared. You can watch them do this prep. I had 2 pizzas and did not get sick which is great, but we also stopped in towards the end of the night around 11 when they had no other orders working. A good option for late night but I would be more cautious if it’s lunch or dinner hour.
