Review of Shabo's

I only have good things to say about this restaraunt. The menu is clearly marked with everything that is available gluten free or with the option of gluten free. There are a ton of options by the way, including gluten free bread, wraps, pitas and buns! The chef was very educated in gluten free items and my husband even ordered a gyro (which is not gf) and she was knowledgeable and thoughtful enough to have the waitress come out and let us know.

I got a chicken shwarma wrap and it was absolutely amazing. What was even more amazing was the gluten free lava cake, filled with Nutella and served with ice cream. WOW. I haven't had a proper lava cake in years and it almost brought tears to my eyes.

The prices are very reasonable and inside is very clean and nice looking. The waitresses were all very kind and happy to answer all of our questions.

I highly recommended Shabo's to my gluten free friends.

PS. They also have American cuisine like cheeseburgers and Philly cheese steak/chicken for us picky folks ;)
