Amazing. It is my celiac son’s favorite place. Since you cook the meat — rib eye is the best — and vegetables in a personal hot pot, you control everything and avoid cross contamination. For years they offered GF ponzu and soy sauce for dipping but now they have expanded their GF lineup to include a GF Shoyu sauce, yam noodles to replace the udon ones and a GF miso for a tasty soup base. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.
