The staff here was more knowledgeable about gluten free than any other place I’ve ever been, ever. I’ve been to Shake Shack locations at least a dozen times but wasn’t told about possible cross contamination with the fries until I came here the other day. While it’s a dedicated fryer, sometimes they fry breaded shallots in the French fry fryer when it gets busy. The woman at the counter refused to sell me the French fries when I said I was celiac, and honestly, I’ll take that attitude any day over the people who don’t understand celiac at all. Also, their gluten free buns look/taste so good, you can hardly tell the difference between the real deal!
