Very busy and you order via a kiosk. The staff member that helped us was not knowledgeable. When ordering on the kiosk, you have to make sure you select the allergy button. You can always ask for a manager too. Fries are not safe but burger was great (with GF bun) and the custard was delicious.
Quick service, convenient location. Refreshing drinks. Fries make a good snack.
I have eaten here many times and never gotten sick. They have gf buns.

Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.

I have celiac disease and I have not had a reaction from this restaurant so far (although I usually just get a burger patty with nothing on it I am a purest, but anyway the buns are cooked to perfection!!!😄😄😄
Stay away!! No awareness at all.
The staff seemed knowledgeable, and there are gluten free buns at this location. The food was very tasty. Two small gripes: the GF bun was really grainy (but I'm still glad I had the option of it), and I wish the fries were safe.
Changed gloves and wiped down surfaces for my burger even when they were busy!
This was my first experience with a Shake Shack. Spoke with manager, who happened to have celiac and food allergies, who had me order via the kiosk indicating gluten allergy and then followed up personally to make my food (cheeseburger) following the allergy protocol he outlined. No fries since shared fryer.
