Daughter had a gluten free bun and hamburger. Ask the right questions - served on tray separate from other items and clearly marked.
Great experience. Takes allergies seriously and the person taking our order asked all the right questions to ensure the meal we ordered was safe. We had a burger with lettuce wrap. Fries don’t have gluten but they do not have a separate fryer.
Did a really good job, ate here twice with no problems. They also asked me whether it was an allergy or not and then I watched em clean the surface in the back

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My food was served hot and fresh. I would definitely go back.
I ordered from the machine and they had a gluten free bun options. When they gave me the order, they packaged the fries in a separate bag and told me that the fries were not gf due to cross contamination. I am celiac but not very sensitive to cross-contamination and I ate them and was fine (not sick), but I don't recommend this for anyone else! Delicious for fast food.
Asked if I had an allergy and then called it down the line. Has GF buns. Has a dedicated fryer but fries are NOT GF. They are dipped in something before frying making them not GF.
In recent years they have gotten better with gluten free people, they have gluten free buns for anyone who wants that option.
The food tastes amazing. There was no cross contamination because they put your food on a separate tray. Minus one star because the service was slow but they are a very busy place.
Big disappointment! I had a burger with lettuce wrap. It was more a burger with one lettuce leaf and really greasy. Not many options.
Staff are unknowledgeable and the only thing they were sure of being GF at all was a burger without the bun. That's a major issue in my book.
No gluten free buns, but you can get the burger lettuce-wrapped. Beware! There is no dedicated fryer, so the fried are Not gluten free. Staff is not well-trained, so be sure to ask the right questions of a manager.

The manager here (evenings anyway) is great at dealing with you and ensures things are decontaminated etc before he makes your burger
We stopped here in a pinch. They have a gluten free bun but I’m nervous with chains. But the manager was there and when asked about gluten free he explained the whole system, how they use separate tools, regular buns are toasted in a toaster and gluten free buns are the only bread that goes on the grill. He even offered that the fries were not in a dedicated fryer before we asked. It wasn’t busy and based on his knowledge I felt safe. It was a good burger, the bun got really mushy (probably rice based) but was nice in a pinch, no reaction. I’m not sure how I would feel about all locations but this one is a safe location for me.
Fries are unsafe because of a shared fryer, but burgers on a GF bun are safe! They recently updated the app and either removed the ability to mark allergies or made it really hard to find, so be careful when ordering with others getting gluten-containing buns.
Staff seems to be well trained or understanding about cross-contamination. I made an online order and they put my gf burger in the same container as my girlfriend’s (a regular burger), and they were touching. When we told them about the issue and that I am celiac, they remade the burger for free, and gave us free ice cream for the trouble.

Amazing fine fast food unlike the shake shack in the airport this is heaven if your celiac and visit Manhattan. Prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants in New York. But, food, quality,variety,options… I’d go as far as saying that as fast food if it’s for celiacs this place is unmatched from what I’ve experienced. The vibe inside is great too btw
