There are kiosks to place your order on, and the menu has a filter option for certain allergies including gluten so you can see which menu items contain gluten and which ones don't. My kids and I had burgers. They have GF buns for an extra $1.00. Unfortunately the fries aren't gluten free. The burgers were good, and the burger patty was pink in the middle instead of the usual fast food overcooked brown.

When asking about GF the Manager Brian was very helpful. Advised that they will change gloves and scrub the grill for GF allergy orders and although the fries are fried separately there is a risk of cross contamination and to avoid them. The GF bun was so good! Will be back!

I got the Shake Burger with a tasty gluten free bun and the fries. They took gluten free seriously and made sure to keep the gluten free cheeseburger on its own tray.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

They have GF bun, and will prepare your burger separately in a GF environment. Good food, good GF protocol in prepping GF food. My go to place.

Shake Shack has a gluten free bun, their burger is good for fast food. This location did not bring my gluten free burger n bun separately on a different tray as to avoid cross contamination. Other locations I have visited have put my burger on a separate tray or bag to prevent cross contamination. I did advise person taking my order that I need to be gluten free. Ask them to put celiac/allergy into the order when placed. Burger was good but concerned about possible contamination.

Sensative Celiac, ordered GF bun,with other non-GF family order. Mine wasn't marked, but was figured out. Next day, No problems & I also had their fries.
