Major safety concern. I thoroughly explained the gluten allergy/cc. Received the gluten-free food with a wheat pita chip on top. Told them I was sorry but I could not eat it. The Cook replated the food minus the pita chip. I set the food to the side to take home to family members. The Cook asked how the food was and I explained I could not eat it. He said he put it on a different plate and it was fine. I had to explain that I have a severe allergy to the wheat in the pita chip and I’m not allergic to plates.
