Been here countless times and have not gotten sick! They have a dedicated fryer, gf bbq sauce, and the food just tastes great as well! I go here quite often, and I don’t even need to tell him I have celiac anymore because he remembers me! Highly recommend going here.

Really nice people, really good food. NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY. My family loved Sharks, but we have to stop eating here. While they change gloves and make the attempt to accommodate allergies, they will also cut bread on a wooden cutting board in front of you, then cut your meat immediately after on that same board. They also move the bread over the sauce, risking crumbs getting into the sauce. They don’t seem to have a good understanding that just a tiny crumb can make a celiac ill for weeks. I loved Sharks, but the cross contamination risk is too real.

Very friendly staff! They have gluten free BBQ sauce, delicious pulled pork, and the staff takes all precautions no matter how stupid they sound. I definitely recommend eating here and I believe it is celiac friendly!

The food was phenomenal! He got new gloves before serving my food. Everything is gluten free except the obvious like their bread.

This is a hidden gem authentic BBQ joint that will not disappoint even Celiacs. It has only been open for 2 months and I rate the food even better than Slow's in Detroit (and without the long wait). It is a no thrills cafeteria-style establishment but the food is truly unbelievable. Everything is gluten free except for a few items that are listed on a chalkboard beside the main menu. There are 2 BBQ sauce choices with 1 containing soy(gluten) but I was told that in 1 week's time it will be available gluten free. Most of the sides are also gluten free and just as scrumptious. Be sure to tell them you are Celiac and they will automatically change gloves. I get severely sick with even a slight trace of gluten and felt great after eating here.
