Fantastic, quality Japanese restaurant. Being entirely Gluten Free, it is safe for Coeliacs. The soba noodles are made from 100% Buckwheat, grown in Tasmania. The Buckwheat is milled each day, at the restaurant, to make the soba noodles so they are super fresh and tasty. Please note there are 2 other Shimbashi restaurants owned by the same people in Melbourne but they are not totally Gluten Free. Go to the one in Smith Street, Fitzroy.
