Review of 1229 Shine

My mom and I are Celiac and we got the Bang Bang Grouper Sammie w/ fries & a Fried Chicken Sammie w/ fries both on a GF toasted bun. Shine has two separate fryers so there isn’t cross contamination with the fried foods. Mom is super sensitive to trace gluten, but is super happy with this experience. Sammies were the bomb. 10/10.
