I ordered a John Kelso on the cauliflower crust and it was very tasty. The crust was a little overdone in places for my taste, but I know that's the style they're based on. I didn't ask about cross contamination prevention because I trusted the reviews I read on here (and honestly it just slipped my mind). I did mention the great reviews to the cashier who agreed that it's very good. I finished half the pizza, took the other half home and reheated it in the oven (set it in during preheating and took it out before heating up all the way.
