Review of Silver Diner

GF items marked. Ordered a burger and fries and confirmed I needed a GF bun and that the fries frier was for nothing glutenous. Wait staff came back with the burger without fries and explained one frier was down so everything was cooked in the 1 remaining frier. She suggested other sides that would be GF. I appreciate her catching the frier problem. Now 16 hours later and feel fine.
