I had looked at the menu and then called ahead of time. On the phone they told me that they are experienced with Celiac and keeping things gluten free although it is a shared kitchen. They make their crepes gluten free by using buckwheat flour (additional cost) BUT they cook them in the same crepe pans as they gluten-containing crepes. They will clean and sanitize the pan but as someone who is sensitive to cross-contamination I was nervous. The other option, they told me, is food from the grill. This is used for meat and eggs and fish. I chose that option and had the Mediterranean salad crepe without the crepe (so it was just the salad, which came with chicken but I substituted salmon). It was delicious! (However I was overcharged for the salmon). And no reaction.
