Incredible: very generous portions and the buckwheat crepes are excellent. Less variety than the gluten menu but still great options and the dessert menu will keep me coming back.

I have eaten at Simply Crepes many times without issue. However, the last time I ate there I had a bad reaction afterwards. I had a crepe with a sauce and don't know if it was the crepe or the sauce. The wait person was informed of my condition and seemed to stay aware of what precautions I needed. It was very crowded that day, with many people waiting for tables, so my issue may have been a result of a rush procedure that caused transfer.

I had looked at the menu and then called ahead of time. On the phone they told me that they are experienced with Celiac and keeping things gluten free although it is a shared kitchen. They make their crepes gluten free by using buckwheat flour (additional cost) BUT they cook them in the same crepe pans as they gluten-containing crepes. They will clean and sanitize the pan but as someone who is sensitive to cross-contamination I was nervous. The other option, they told me, is food from the grill. This is used for meat and eggs and fish. I chose that option and had the Mediterranean salad crepe without the crepe (so it was just the salad, which came with chicken but I substituted salmon). It was delicious! (However I was overcharged for the salmon). And no reaction.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! Whenever I go out with anyone I eat here! If you have a sweet tooth, you will love it! Their potatoes are also amazing! They are very aware of gluten free information. The sweet crepes are so amazing! Costumer service is always excellent! 10/10!!! They also have other savory crepes as well. I cannot recommend this place enough. The only thing is they may ask the the STUPID QUESTION “is it a preference or allergy?”

Simply Crepes used to be one of our safe options for eating out with our (very sensitive to cross contamination) celiac daughter. Unfortunately, despite emphasizing this to the staff who seemed to understand proper precautions, she has had reactions after the last two times we've eaten there. Once a few months ago and again this weekend. Unfortunately Simply Crepes has been crossed off our list.

Many options available! Knowledgeable staff. Are their twice and my son had no reactions. First time he’s had crepes in forever!

Potatoes are not gluten free, but server made sure we knew and offered us fruit as an alternative.

Excellent variety of GF crepes, both sweet & savory. The GF crepes are also dairy free, made from buckwheat. The atmosphere is great. I highly recommend this restaurant. My husband & I eat here every time we are in this area.

My girls friend is celiac and very intolerant to a lot of things. After talking with the waitress who then sent out the manager which we didnt ask her to, we were very confident that the staff would be extremely careful and professional while preparing her gluten free dinner. The food was delicious and she didnt get sick, I would give 6 stars if I could.

Was here on 08 October. The menu is clearly marked and the staff was knowledgeable, pointing out that something I had ordered was not GF. Best of all, my breakfast crepe was delicious. It is VERY busy at lunchtime on a holiday and reservations might be a good idea.

Can I give 6 stars? Most of the menu is GF and delicious. Service was outstanding! We had 7 gf dinners and 3 gf dessert on a very busy day and nobody got sick. We did use up the reminder of their ground buckwheat so they had to prep more between our courses but it was so worth the wait! Someplace else would just tell us they ran out.

Absolutely delicious! You can replace any crepe for a gluten free one ($2.00 extra) and the menu has it marked for which crepe insides are GF. Waitress was very knowledgeable and asked if it was for a gluten allergy so she could tell the chef.

They had a free cider tasting promotion and an extensive wine list.

although they are very good and do offer gluten-free options they do not have a dedicated to kitchen for gluten-free Celiac people.

Though a tad on the pricey side, the food is delicious and the portions are enormous! There are many options on the menu which can be prepared gluten free, and the buckwheat crepe they use is quite tasty. I ordered the "Rugby" and was astounded at how big the portion was. Probably shouldn't have eaten the whole thing for lunch but it was so tasty that I didn't regret it at all.

excellent food, and large portions make it worth the trip. very good service. the gluten free buckwheat crepe was very good. I had bbq pulled pork and it was very tasty. my co-worker had a salad with chicken and a side order of potatoes, and he liked it so much that he requested we return for lunch the next day as well. there are many many gluten free menu items to choose from. restaurant is in downtown Canandaiga, and there is a free public parking lot behind the restaurant. a pretty downtown area with many restaurants and shops.

Fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options. Service was outstanding and she ensured us things were sterilized to avoid contamination. It was worth the detour drive out of our way during a road trip.

The staff was SOOO KIND!! They made us feel right at home with the friendly and cozy atmosphere. They have a beautifully decorated place with a fireplace and hardwood floors and chandeliers hang from their rustic ceiling. It's the full package. The food was amazing! Came out fast and was simply delicious! I had the GF crepes with a one of a kind raspberry latte!

Gluten free crepes were excellent. Both adults and the kid were happy. Be aware that potatoes are not gf as they are cooked in shared fryer. Best gf restaurant crepe I’ve had. Wait staff wasn’t certain about gf items but checked with kitchen and staff seemed knowledgeable . Was told crepes were made with separate bowls and crepe pans. And aware of cc with toppings. We’ll definitely be back. Recommend reservations on weekend but in nice weather you can get take out and eat in park across the street.

Customer service was great, and the food came out quickly. I ordered the strawberry crepe, and it was delicious. I was very happy they offer so many different gluten free options. I did not have any gluten reaction 😊
