Gluten free crepes were excellent. Both adults and the kid were happy. Be aware that potatoes are not gf as they are cooked in shared fryer. Best gf restaurant crepe I’ve had. Wait staff wasn’t certain about gf items but checked with kitchen and staff seemed knowledgeable . Was told crepes were made with separate bowls and crepe pans. And aware of cc with toppings. We’ll definitely be back. Recommend reservations on weekend but in nice weather you can get take out and eat in park across the street.

All entrees and desserts can be made with our Gluten Free buckwheat crepe for 1.00
A nice little restaurant. The waitress informed me which items were cross contaminated. The portions are good for the price.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! Whenever I go out with anyone I eat here! If you have a sweet tooth, you will love it! Their potatoes are also amazing! They are very aware of gluten free information. The sweet crepes are so amazing! Costumer service is always excellent! 10/10!!! They also have other savory crepes as well. I cannot recommend this place enough. The only thing is they may ask the the STUPID QUESTION “is it a preference or allergy?”

Once I said I have a gluten allergy and have Celiac, the waiter immediately said that they change gloves and utensils, etc. My food took longer to come out because they had to take the time to sanitize. Very good.
Same quantity as everybody else i was eating with (they didn’t have gluten allergies). The quality was amazing. The gluten free crepes are darker than the regular crepes so that’s how you will know if they are the gluten free ones or not.

I ordered a gluten free Buckwheat crepe and told the server about my gluten allergy. When they brought out my meal, the crepe did not look right, when i asked the server she assured me it was the buckwheat crepe. I had one of the cooks check, it was a normal crepe. I also get sick every time I go there, even when eating the “gluten free” options.

I had eaten here before and was unsure if I had been cross contaminated but I went a second time and as my boyfriend and I were waiting we noticed that there was only one place for crepes to go and they would put the buckwheat crepe on the same hot plate as the regular crepes. I really enjoyed this place but can’t go here until they fix this.
No
I asked for gluten free buckwheats crepe. It came out look like my husband who was eating regular crepes. Buckwheats crepes looks darker. Double checking asked again if was gf & was told it was. I ate less 1/4 of crepe. Got so Sick. 🤢. I told the waitresses that this wasn’t gf she became grumpy. It was 45mins to closing time. I’m sure they gave regular crepes because they want close the kitchen. Never going back.
The menu is clearly labeled and they ask if it’s an allergy or preference, so they know what’s happening.
My girlfriend and I ate here last week. Yes they are knowledgeable about celiac and yes my food was gluten free but the crepe was dry and flavorless and we both ended up just eating the food inside of the crepe. Safe yes but for 14.00 a crepe I would expect more .
Yes
I also had the server double check if I was given a gluten free crepe, because it looked and tasted different from what I've had there in the past. I was assured it was the gf crepe and I was sick with in a few minutes of eating it.

they offered GF crepes. my daughter loved it!!!

Great menu, they were very helpful regarding cross contamination- separate cooking area, changing gloves. Just be sure to clarify whether you have celiac or just prefer gluten free- they can accommodate both. My son says, "10 thumbs up!"

We took my daughter here and let them know she had Celiac's. She was sick for days following eating there. It's fine if you are eating gluten free for reasons other than Celiac's, but don't take a chance if you do.
DANGER! BEWARE! I got seriously "glutened" there. I was hundreds of miles from home so it was a REAL problem for me. While their ingredients may be safe, I do not believe they have proper preparation protocol for serving a delicate celiac. They seem to have only 1 grill and there were NO signs of anyone changing gloves, cleaning the grill, using different tools to work with gluten-free batter. Sadly, hindsight is better vision than foresight. But YOU can learn from my complacency-bred terrible mistake! If your GF diet is by choice, perhaps you'll be fine. But if you are a highly reactive celiac like I am then AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR BE PREPARED TO WATCH LIKE A HAWK AND POSSIBLY REJECT YOUR MEAL FOR BAD PREP.

Food delicious. Very loud. Got glutened.

The gf crepes are delicious! I would recommend. there is a separate preparation area, which is nice. Very accommodating staff overall.
Had crepes with gluten-free buckwheat-very good!
Amazing!!! I have eaten there many times, I have never gotten sick and I'm extremely sensitive. Their gluten free oatmeal creme brûlée is to die for. Also, they have many gluten free dessert and breakfast/lunch/dinner options. I highly recommend.
Creeps were delicious! But my body says there was at least some cross contamination. Eat at your own risk!
Yes
GF crepes are delicious... Too bad the potatoes are cooked in the same oil as the fried pickles now.
Simply Crepes offers really nice gluten free Crepes. The staff understands gluten free and it's a beautiful little restaurant alongside the Erie Canal.
Delicious gf crepes! Almost the entire menu is safe, and the gf crepes are prepared separately. Yum!
Excellent services and amazingly delicious food! So nice to have all this gluten free.

Incredible: very generous portions and the buckwheat crepes are excellent. Less variety than the gluten menu but still great options and the dessert menu will keep me coming back.
