10 out of 10 would recommend any celiac to go to this restaurant! As soon as I said gluten free the chef and the co-owner Came to my table and and explained all of their procedures to me procedures to me. They have a completely different section in the kitchen to prepare the gluten free fish, chips, onion rings etc. Chef is very knowledgeable about cross contamination, does the proper safety measures in order to avoid it such as different Utensils, changing gloves seperate fryer (obviously). The fish and chips were so good I honestly was skeptical and worried I would get sick! But no reaction whatsoever!!! The co owner chatted with me for 20 minutes after the meal about the history of why they decided to offer gf. So good I will definitely be going back!!
