The server told us the GF waffle was cooked on a separate waffle iron. It was extremely light and fluffy - not convinced it was GF as my daughter and husband were glutened. Other food consumed by them were a side of bacon and bacon avocado skillet, which we were assured were GF. Unfortunately I don’t think we will go back.

Just left and feeling good so far. This location does not have dedicated prep area or pans however the pans are cleaner in between each prep.
Our server Megan was extremely knowledgeable and actually made several recommendations while order to help reduce risk of cross contamination or accidental glutening.
I got the GF pancake platter with bacon, and plain grits. Megan said to avoid the waffles if Celiac and the sausages and shredded cheese as well due to undisclosed ingredients (too high a risk)

Staff was knowledgeable. I had no issues.
An update to my review—I got sick after eating eggs and hash browns that were supposedly GF. Not a safe restaurant for Celiacs—at least at this location.
The two stars is for the food, which was good. Although the restaurant states it has GF alternatives, there is no GF bread and the GF pancakes/ waffles are ‘prepared with equipment that was used for flour ‘. This review is for the Bonita Springs, FL, location.

Good food, ordered from GF menu an item that should not have gluten naturally. Had a reaction from cross contamination within 30 minutes. Do not go here if you’re sensitive. Menu states there may be cross contamination and they mean it.

Super tasty food!!! Enjoyed the waffles tremendously! ☕
My fiancee (celiac) and sister (Graves’ disease) both love going here. They have a multitude of different gluten options that you normally wouldn’t see at breakfast/brunch restaurants. Menu is neatly labeled for GF options and staff is very knowledgeable.

Excellent ! Free parking lot, great food and service. I had the strawberry gluten free pancake platter. They make their own strawberry syrup and whip cream, delicious! Their GF pancakes with moist, thick and fluffy. These were not undercooked, sometimes when you have thick and moist it tends to be gooey but not the case here. They make their own pancake batter. Coffee was excellent ! We went at 11:30 on Sunday and it was busy with people waiting but we didn’t have to wait long. Maybe 10 minutes. Service was great and quick. I wish there was one in Nashville where I live, I would go here again.

Ice cold hash browns and tasteless veggie omelet. The upside: good and attentive service, comfortable patio seating, and good unsweetened iced tea.

Both my girls are celiac. We had no issues. They came out with sticks that said allergy. We called ahead the cooks confirmed they cook it on a separate skillet and separate side of the grill. Always call ahead in case anything changes! And the pancakes were very good

This is a new-ish café with wonderfully fluffy & tasty GF blueberry pancakes & other items. However, I agree with other people’s assessments on safety. There were some chocolate chips at one edge of my pancake, presumably from a previous order. It is a busy kitchen so it is not surprising for there to be some cross-contamination. It is hard to avoid I’m sure. I was fine but just worth noting.
