The staff was VERY knowledgeable regarding Celiac. They were able to tell us which foods contained gluten (the with list was much shorter than the without for a change!). They placed foil under and over the corn tortillas and made my granddaughter quesadillas with corn tortillas. They were careful to change gloves, use clean utensils and talk us through each step so we could ensure no cross contamination. Over 24 hours later and zero issues!
