The first time I've had thick, chewy pizza crust in many years. Was such a treat to be able to enjoy "normal" pizza with my family. I ordered extra cheese after reading the reviews here, but honestly think it would be better with normal cheese. Will definitely visit again next time in Charleston!

Excellent gluten free pizza! The homemade crust definitely makes this place stand out. I was nervous as I never eat pizza at pizza places where regular pizzas are prepared for fear of cross contamination. I talked to Todd beforehand and he told me that they take precautions to avoid cross contamination like making the dough when the restaurant is closed. The sauce and toppings they take from the fridge rather than using the ones from the pizza line where they make the other pizzas. It is cooked in a shared oven but on a pan to avoid exposure to gluten and clean unused utensils are used. So nice to find a place like this that actually accommodates to people with severe food allergies.

Disappointed :( the crust is phenomenal, but there’s almost no cheese on the pizza! My sister ordered a vegan pizza, so I’m wondering if they used the vegan cheese on both of them by accident. I was excited to try this place but I’m very bummed out because I basically am just eating bread and sauce :(

Todd has the best gluten free pizza crust. He makes the crust from scratch and it's light and fluffy, no flat, hard crust here. All of the ingredients on the pizza were fresh and delicious. This is the best GF pizza I've ever had!

Amazing gluten free pizza! The crust was perfect. It was airy, buttery, and the bottom of it had a nice crispy crunch to it. I have tried other gluten free pizza crust and their crust can be a bit chewy. The crust made at Pizza co was not chewy at all. I would say it was the best gluten free pizza crust I’ve tried. Also, everything is made fresh, from the sauce to the cheese. All the ingredients are high quality and they tasted amazing and fresh. If I lived closer to this place, I would probably visit it often and overindulge in the goodness of their pizza 🤤.

Popped in today on my lunch break. Was really craving pizza. I ordered the gluten free crust pizza added pepperoni. I will admit I was a little thrown by the price ($20) but the pizza was a decent size (for GF) and I'm use to upcharge for GF items. The pizza was ready pretty quickly, it was the closest thing to deep dish style pizza I've had in a looong time. Sauce was delicious and I was very impressed with the crust not flat flavorless and flimsy like some I e tried. Friendly service too, didn't make me feel weird or bad for ordering GF actually asked if I was intolerant or Celiac.

This place is amazing. It’s the most legit GF pizza I’ve ever had. It is a shared environment, but they make the Gf crusts on the day when they are closed. They ask if you have celiac and if so they will wipe down the entire production line and use toppings from the cooler, not the line. The crust is rice flour based with some buckwheat and various starches. They use yeast for rise and the result is crispy yet fluffy. It’s very reminiscent of a grandma’s pie type crust. The crust is soy-free and egg-free for those who also have other allergies and they have a vegan version, though they use a vegan cheese that has soy in it. So delicious!

Best gluten-free pizza EVER! The crust is actually thick and delish! And it’s cooked in a square pan for extra crusty goodness. Our son has Celiac, and the owner made sure to clean everything and not cut it on contaminated surfaces. We were vacationing in Charleston, and were delighted to find this Celiac safe gem!

Amazing pizza! Not the basic Udis thin crust that every other place uses. It’s crunchy but soft in the middle. Not cheap but it’s gourmet pizza!

The owner is so lovely. He explained his entire menu to us and when I said that I needed a gluten free pie, he asked if I had Celiac Disease or was just gluten intolerant. He was very careful about cross contamination. Now to the pizza... it was DELICIOUS! It’s easily the best GF pizza I’ve ever had! My sister, niece, and nephews loved the regular pie with pepperoni. If you’re in the Charleston area (We we’re visiting from Philadelphia.), you must go whether you’re gluten free or not. It’s definitely worth the trip!! Enjoy!

Called and asked about their gluten free pizza, employee knew what celiac was and was able to tell me their allergy procedures. The pizza is made with rice flour, but honestly it was incredible! Thick crust, not like any other gf pizza I’ve found In Charleston!! I did not feel sick at all after or next day. Make sure you state you have an allergy when ordering so they can clean everything!
