The pizza was delicious and they have excellent procedures. I spoke to the owner and he assured me the utensils and toppings for the gluten free pizza were kept completely separate and then the pizza was cooked in the top oven to avoid cross-contact. (As a note, the meatballs and chicken are not gluten free). I almost always have hesitations about pizza places, but I had absolutely none after speaking to the owner. The pizza is a bakery style pizza (the dough is focaccia like) and was one of the best gf pizzas I've had.
