Review of Slice Co.

This place is amazing. It’s the most legit GF pizza I’ve ever had. It is a shared environment, but they make the Gf crusts on the day when they are closed. They ask if you have celiac and if so they will wipe down the entire production line and use toppings from the cooler, not the line. The crust is rice flour based with some buckwheat and various starches. They use yeast for rise and the result is crispy yet fluffy. It’s very reminiscent of a grandma’s pie type crust. The crust is soy-free and egg-free for those who also have other allergies and they have a vegan version, though they use a vegan cheese that has soy in it. So delicious!
