A nice clean location. The staff was fine and called out gluten free bun to the cooks as well as noting it on the ticket. Bun was very good. They do prepare in the same area as gluten foods as most fast food places do.

The buns are cooked along with the regular ones. The burgers are not actually gluten free and they mix oils.

Celiac friendly?

No

They do offer gf buns but TWICE I have been given the normal egg bun and have had to go back. One of those times I had to explain why I needed a whole new burger and they couldn't just move everything over to the gf bun. Never had any problems with Smashburger except this location.

Very knowledgeable staff and delicious burgers. Request your bun be toasted on the grill and alert them that you have an allergy. Fries are not gluten free.

They offer a gf bun and cook their fries in separate oil. They asked how severe of an allergy I have so they knew if they could butter and grill my bun or not, I thought that was awesome to care and not assume.

Very sad. Everyone was so happy with their experience here, but the person who helped me seemed uninterested in answering questions about fryers or grills. They had no clue on menu items or safety. The problem wasn’t they were new or confused, they just didn’t care. I also was the only person in the restaurant at 2:30 so it wasn’t rush time. I try to always sweet and polite because I know gluten precautions can be a pain, but smash burger really let me down.

Bun is great. I reacted to the fries. The burger is great, though.

Very good burger! Best and closest to a real “fast food” burger I have found. Delicious!!!!

Have gluten free buns as an option. Unclear about the fries and cross contamination. Workers did not seem to care much about the GF bun selection which would point to no allergy trainings.
