I heard that this business offered GF options. They offer UDI buns as a option. The worker at the counter did not know what GF meant but was willing to find the allergen menu. After looking over the allergen options and asking a lot of questions, I was willing to give it a try. As a celiac, I do not generally just try out places unless I feel confident that I am not going to get contaminated. The cook came out and said how they prepare the food. Which made me feel very comfortable. They have a dedicated fryer for fries. I did not get ill and would suggest this place. Just make sure you ask and do your part to protect yourself from cross contamination.
