I felt super safe. Stated they did have a dedicated fryer, buns not toasted on grill and sauces (smash sauce) is with spatula so for GF they just put ketchup (from a squeeze bottle). Packages my GF in a separate bag.

We were told that there is possible cross-contamination with the cheese. So we just got the burger that was supposed to be gluten-free and the bun that was supposed to be gluten-free and they said they were super careful.... but my son still got sick.... very very sick...

I love Smashburger but this location messed up my gf order. When I double checked on the bun because it was multi-grained, they took it back to the kitchen and put the same burger on a gf bun😕 so I had to explain that I was extremely sensitive so I needEd a new burger made. They did and were nice about it, but that was a really close call! Just be careful. They have a dedicated fryer with great fry options.

I heard that this business offered GF options. They offer UDI buns as a option. The worker at the counter did not know what GF meant but was willing to find the allergen menu. After looking over the allergen options and asking a lot of questions, I was willing to give it a try. As a celiac, I do not generally just try out places unless I feel confident that I am not going to get contaminated. The cook came out and said how they prepare the food. Which made me feel very comfortable. They have a dedicated fryer for fries. I did not get ill and would suggest this place. Just make sure you ask and do your part to protect yourself from cross contamination.

Everything can be Gluten free. GF bun, fries are supposedly GF, but I didn't confirm. no bad reaction. The shake was pretty good too!

We’ve been here countless times and I’ve never had an issue. Very easy online ordering and the gf bun is good for the burgers. Fries and tater tots are in a dedicated fryer. I never opt for the milkshakes though since the brand they use isn’t gf.
