Smashburger

Beware of reviews. Just went there and NO, they don't have a dedicated frier for fries. I was told they use that frier to fry other non gluten free foods. So i ended up ordering a plain burger on a gluten free bun. Noticed the bun was toasted so asked where it was toasted. It turns out, they toasted it where they toast regular buns. If you have celiac disease, this is not the place to go. I had to give it a one star because the app requires a least one star. Otherwise, i would have given 0 stars. Sandra Cardoso

Celiac friendly?

No

They change their gloves before touching the Udi buns and do not put them through the toaster. They use separate friers so both fries and sweet potato fries are gf. I give it 4 stars because the burger wasn't anything special and the service was slow, but I have celiac and I didn't get sick.

Great burgers and fries. They have Udi's buns and a dedicated fryer for fries. My wife had some with no reactions. Staff was knowledgable.

Everything can be Gluten free. GF bun, fries are supposedly GF, but I didn't confirm. no bad reaction. The shake was pretty good too!

We’ve been here countless times and I’ve never had an issue. Very easy online ordering and the gf bun is good for the burgers. Fries and tater tots are in a dedicated fryer. I never opt for the milkshakes though since the brand they use isn’t gf.

The server was very helpful and made sure my order is just how I needed it. Gluten free bun, dedicated fryer and a delicious dairy free chocolate shake!!
