Review of Smitty's Pancake & Steak House

Awesome!! Huge gluten free pancakes that taste BETTER than 'regular!' Our waitress double checked that they do indeed have a dedicated fryer (and delicious fries). They do share a cooking grill for everything, but clean it thoroughly before cooking for gluten free. My husband had a patty melt, I had ham, we split pancakes and fries, and neither of us got sick!! We're both very sensitive! Excellent food AND service. Thank you Smittys
