Review of Smitty's Pancake & Steak House

Called ahead to confirm celiac-friendly. They said they had a totally separate griddle and mixing/ prep area for gluten free to prevent cross-contamination. I got the steak & eggs with gluten free blueberry pancakes and emphasized that it was all gluten free for celiac and needed the special prep. The server was very nice and got everything taken care of. The pancakes were HUGE and the best pancakes I'd ever had. Everything was so delicious, and I did NOT get sick at all after. 😁
