The owner/cook tells you exactly what is safe to eat. He has his own delicious GF coatings, GF pancakes, buns and a dedicated fryer. If you have a large group try to make reservations as it is a small restaurant that is obligated to make sure customers getting on flights aren’t late. Be patient as it is well worth the wait to eat delicious and safe foods.
