Snap Custom Pizza

Ate here tonight, I got the gluten-free cauliflower crust and the workers were very nice. I said I have a gluten allergy and asked for them to make it off the line, they had no problem! Pretty much the entire menu of toppings, sauces, etc. is gluten-free, except for the barbecue sauce, the meatballs, the breadsticks, and of course the regular pizza crust I ordered a custom pizza with a number of different sauces and toppings and did not get sick. An added bonus is hopes cookies is also attached to snap pizza so I splurged and got myself chocolate chip and snickerdoodle gluten-free cookies. They were already baked, delicious and I did not get sick!

Snap pizza was a savior when I found out I had celiac. They have gluten free and cauliflower crust. They also make an effort to clean the prep area and try to avoid cross contamination. Lastly, their pizza is so good! Love this place!

Celiac friendly?

Yes

I came in expecting to settle for salad, then I learned that Snap carries gluten free crust and vegan cheese! I was very satisfied with the care taken to prepare my pizza “off the line,” with fresh gloves and new toppings. Staff was diligent and considerate. However there is a limited amount of space in the prep area, so your mileage may vary with air borne allergens.

They always do a phenomenal job keeping the food separate. They’ll make it in back, which does take a bit longer but they’re happy to do so. Definitely the best gf crust I’ve had.

Editing to say that they recently changed their crust and it’s not as good anymore

Owner is fantastic great guy. They’ll make your gluten free pizza in the back but also have some bowl options if you’d like.

I ordered two pizzas tonight both with gluten-free crust, the first one was the hot little honey which was really flavorful and the buffalo chicken which I also really liked. I said gluten allergy when I ordered and felt safe, no symptoms.
