I made sure to ask about cross-contamination to let them know I was for reals, and did not get sick. The menu does not have gluten free options marked, so you're going to have to talk to your server about gluten anyway. I had the sweet potato pancakes, and they were amazing!!! Will definitely be back.

My family of 6 typically eats at the Snooze locations in Boulder and Denver and never have a problem. Today, we chose to drive to Ft Collins and decided to try Snooze there. My 5 year old and I are the only two in the family with Celiac and we both became incredibly sick from eating here. (We both had the "GF" pancakes) It is our spring break and this isn't a fun way to spend our vacation.

Had an amazing breakfast here! I had a spicy chai latte, it was the best! They can make drinks with almond or soy, I ordered a hot chocolate with almond milk for my son- yummy! I love eggs Benedict and hadn't had them in awhile so I tried their chilaquiles benedict, OMG! Soooo good, the service was great, our waiter said they were the mecca of gluten free and can make anything gluten free except the gravy and pot pie. I had so many options here :)

Cute retro decor, friendly and warm service, great selection of breakfast drinks to include creative mixed drinks beyond the traditional mimosa. The gluten free selection is impressive, breads and pancakes of any flavor. I was very excited to enjoy some pancakes and went with 1 traditional and 1 blueberry. They were yummy, but the base batter seemed to miss that something special to push it over the top to 5 stars. My gluten full husband enjoyed his breakfast. We would come again if ever back in the area. Well worth the visit!

I’m recently diagnosed Celiac, and this is the first restaurant I’ve dared to go. I will say that their servers could use some food allergy training. Literally the first thing the server says when I asked if the chai tea latte was GF is, “Gluten is like wheat right? It should be fine.” I tried to clarify that I’m Celiac and that he would be surprised how many things contain gluten, and he says, “I’m not a dietitian so I wouldn’t know.” I had to ask him if he could check with the kitchen, which he really should’ve just done in the first place. It seems like the kitchen has better knowledge of Celiac because after he spoke to them, he was a lot more confident that our meal would be safe. Even so, he continued to show his lack of knowledge when we ordered our food. For example, my partner ordered the shrimp and grits and I asked if that would also be celiac safe so I could try it. He said something like “grits is made with corn so yes.” It made me nervous that he was unaware of the many places gluten hides (sauces, shredded cheeses, spice mixes, etc.). Food ended up being great though, and I don’t feel sick!

This restaurant is NOT celiac safe! They have “Gluten Free Friendly” options, however, when I informed my server of my Celiac’s, she told me that their GF friendly options are not safe for celiacs. She said their kitchen could not prevent against any cross contamination and would not try and that there is “flour in the air”. I am disappointed that the menu features these GF friendly options because frankly, it’s deceptive. If you are celiac or gluten intolerant DO NOT eat here, you will get sick.

We have eaten at Snooze over the years with no problems. However, yesterday we got their take out for the first time (due to social distancing) from the Colorado Bld location. Our daughter is celiac. We ordered online, clearly indicating a gluten "allergy," adding in the comments that she is celiac, etc. We ordered three kinds of gluten free pancakes for our family. Two of them had their "gluten free" sticks in them, one did not. She only ate the ones with the sticks in them and was sick two hours later. She was clearly glutened. I wish I didn't have to write this review as we have loved Snooze but I don't want any other celiacs to get sick, especially right now.

It tasted delicious but that doesn't matter because it was not safe for celiacs.

—2019 Review: Worth another Shot— My friend wanted to try Snooze so I decided it was worth giving them another shot...having Celiac Disease, I was not disappointed this time. For being busy for Sunday brunch, the staff was knowledgeable about gluten free options and ensured me that the kitchen staff goes above-and-beyond to ensure there is no cross-contamination. I had French toast and a chocolate chip pancake. The portions are actually huge so I took leftovers home. It was delicious and I had no issues during this visit to Snooze.

—2018 Review— Snooze was a disappointment. I was super excited to have brunch as I saw gluten free pancakes and French toast on the menu. My grandfather and I ordered the gluten free pancake of the day. As the waitress is bringing the food to our table, she informs us that the pancake of the day is in fact not gluten free. I’m glad that she caught the mistake before we took a bite as it could have been disastrous. So while the rest of my family ate their pancakes (non-Celiac Disease), my grandfather and I had to wait for new pancakes. We ended up getting blueberry & chocolate-chip. By the time it came out, the rest of my family was done eating though. I wish the waitress knew from the gecko instead of hyping me and my grandfather up and making us wait for a new order. Snooze would greatly benefit by putting labels on their menu instead of relying on the wait staff to tell customers what is and is not gluten free.

I eat here often and have never been sick. They seem knowledgeable and accommodating of my celiac.

Super yummy! Lots of gluten free options (just ask the waiter). French toast was really tasty! Make sure you put your name in on their app!

Snooze knows how to keep me as safe as possible eating out. It's my go to breakfast/brunch place when traveling. I usually get the snooze classic, with bacon, over easy eggs, and sub out the toast for a gluten free blueberry pancake. I always make sure to ask them to follow allergen protocol and empathize at the beginning and the end of ordering. The pancake comes out marked with an allergen stick in it. I also appreciate that they bring out my order separately from everyone else's, or at the very least, my plate has always been on top. Be prepared for long waits unless you go during the week.

The gluten free options are endless! There are only two things on the menu that can not be made gfree. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. My new favorite breakfast spot.

Great friendly staff. Visiting from Texas and quality is always consistent across the board. Definitely recommend this restaurant and also this location. Love how almost anything on menu can be made gluten free and I have never had an issue when coming here.

NOT Celiac safe. We didn't make it out of the parking lot before getting sick.
