I had an experience some months ago that I was served regular toast instead of gluten-free when I had explicitly requested gf “allergy”. I realized it as soon as I bit into it and was able to rinse my mouth out. This was in part due to a new server, and I hope training has improved. I’ve gone back since and have not had a problem with gluten again, but I don’t choose to go there if I have a choice. FYI, hash browns are better earlier in the day. Toward closing time they’ve been sitting and are not as fresh. I order mine crispy. I’m also dairy free so am limited in what I can order here. They have gf pancakes on the menu, but last I asked they were cooked on a shared griddle. Staff is in general friendly and helpful.
The pancakes can be made GF and are delicious. They will let you substitute the side of toast for a GF pancake of any kind.
As a FOCO resident, Snooze is my go to breakfast!!!! That makes great gf specialty pancakes and even gf eggs Benedict! All gf items are marked when they come from the kitchen and I've never, ever gotten sick here. Definitely a celiac must!

Fiancé and I ate here and while they asked if it was an allergy which was nice we don’t know if the message was relayed to the kitchen or if they even try to control for cross contamination because a few hours later symptoms occurred. Would not recommend if you’re very sensitive/have celiacs. Otherwise delicious lol.
Every time I’ve been here, staff has been knowledgeable and helpful. I haven’t gotten sick, and I like that the food comes out flagged as GF. You have to try a GF pancake-my favorite is the pineapple upside down pancake!
Most snoozes are great, this one is great, other than the lack of cross-contamination awareness. Be aware of that before going here.
They don’t have a separate cooking area but they change their gloves and use separate pans. They’re very helpful and work with me for my various allergies.

Most of their menu can be made gluten free, and they take precautions to avoid cross contamination. I had pineapple upside down pancakes, and they were delicious!

Best breakfast in town! Stopped by on a recommendation (a lot of them actually!) and I was not disappointed! Tons of gluten free options (the pancakes were amazing!!) a must try if you’re a breakfast food junkie like me!
Waiter was very knowledgeable about GF items on the menu, stated they take food allergies, etc... seriously and deal with them all the time. Baked hash browns, GF toast and 3 egg omelette were great.
LOVE this place. The spicy Bloody Mary is also GF and I highly recommend it! I've never been sick after eating here (I have celiac). Definitely one of my favorite spots in FOCO

The food was good and I did not get sick. They have a separate fryer for hash browns and a separate oven for bacon.
I made sure to ask about cross-contamination to let them know I was for reals, and did not get sick. The menu does not have gluten free options marked, so you're going to have to talk to your server about gluten anyway. I had the sweet potato pancakes, and they were amazing!!! Will definitely be back.

I haven't eaten anything here that isn't **AMAZING**. Not just GF pancakes, but every flavor of specialty pancake is also available GF. (My favorite is the pineapple upside-down pancakes) Try all the flavors of benedicts, too!
Very knowledgable staff and large menu. I stuck with an egg dish because they said lower chance of contamination than the pancakes (although they do offer "gluten friendly" pancakes) and I had no negative reaction. Will be back!!
My family of 6 typically eats at the Snooze locations in Boulder and Denver and never have a problem. Today, we chose to drive to Ft Collins and decided to try Snooze there. My 5 year old and I are the only two in the family with Celiac and we both became incredibly sick from eating here. (We both had the "GF" pancakes) It is our spring break and this isn't a fun way to spend our vacation.
I love their OMG French Toast! I was shocked that they could make it gluten free! So good! :)
Had an amazing breakfast here! I had a spicy chai latte, it was the best! They can make drinks with almond or soy, I ordered a hot chocolate with almond milk for my son- yummy! I love eggs Benedict and hadn't had them in awhile so I tried their chilaquiles benedict, OMG! Soooo good, the service was great, our waiter said they were the mecca of gluten free and can make anything gluten free except the gravy and pot pie. I had so many options here :)
Delicious food! I had the chili verde Benny which was to die for! Knowledgable and friendly staff and everything except for 2 things can be made gluten free, so lots and lots of options! I didn't have any reaction from the food.

Cute retro decor, friendly and warm service, great selection of breakfast drinks to include creative mixed drinks beyond the traditional mimosa. The gluten free selection is impressive, breads and pancakes of any flavor. I was very excited to enjoy some pancakes and went with 1 traditional and 1 blueberry. They were yummy, but the base batter seemed to miss that something special to push it over the top to 5 stars. My gluten full husband enjoyed his breakfast. We would come again if ever back in the area. Well worth the visit!
They were busy but they always are. I had gluten free Apple pancakes. they tasted decent a little bland. I got super sick. I'm not crazy sensitive I have celiacs but don't have a ton of trouble eating out. This was my first time at snooze. No idea what happened maybe they were to busy to be careful. But I got super sick. I won't be back :( bummer
Very gf friendly and customizable. They even have gluten free pancakes!!
Had the GF French toast and it was amazing! Highly recommended, they can't gurantee it's comply GF because of not having a dedicated kitchen but I didn't feel sick
Great place for Celiacs! They ask if you need gf for a medical reason and note that. Busy place, so expect a wait.
I had the sweet potato pancakes, which were wonderful. They understand CC and take necessary precautions. Great food all around and really fun atmosphere!
Wasn't as great as the boulder location. I was able to have the tortillas there no problem, but this location makes the corn tortillas on the same as the wheat. Hardly gluten free. Had the toast instead and still gave me some symptoms. Be careful here.
Great option for gluten free breakfast and healthy hormone and steroid free meats. A must have!

I adore Snooze. It’s easily my favorite GF restaurant in town. I have not been contaminated here and so much of their menu can be safely made gluten free. Also they have the most delicious GF pancakes I’ve ever had.
