I made sure to ask about cross-contamination to let them know I was for reals, and did not get sick. The menu does not have gluten free options marked, so you're going to have to talk to your server about gluten anyway. I had the sweet potato pancakes, and they were amazing!!! Will definitely be back.

I haven't eaten anything here that isn't **AMAZING**. Not just GF pancakes, but every flavor of specialty pancake is also available GF. (My favorite is the pineapple upside-down pancakes) Try all the flavors of benedicts, too!

Very knowledgable staff and large menu. I stuck with an egg dish because they said lower chance of contamination than the pancakes (although they do offer "gluten friendly" pancakes) and I had no negative reaction. Will be back!!

My family of 6 typically eats at the Snooze locations in Boulder and Denver and never have a problem. Today, we chose to drive to Ft Collins and decided to try Snooze there. My 5 year old and I are the only two in the family with Celiac and we both became incredibly sick from eating here. (We both had the "GF" pancakes) It is our spring break and this isn't a fun way to spend our vacation.

Had an amazing breakfast here! I had a spicy chai latte, it was the best! They can make drinks with almond or soy, I ordered a hot chocolate with almond milk for my son- yummy! I love eggs Benedict and hadn't had them in awhile so I tried their chilaquiles benedict, OMG! Soooo good, the service was great, our waiter said they were the mecca of gluten free and can make anything gluten free except the gravy and pot pie. I had so many options here :)

Cute retro decor, friendly and warm service, great selection of breakfast drinks to include creative mixed drinks beyond the traditional mimosa. The gluten free selection is impressive, breads and pancakes of any flavor. I was very excited to enjoy some pancakes and went with 1 traditional and 1 blueberry. They were yummy, but the base batter seemed to miss that something special to push it over the top to 5 stars. My gluten full husband enjoyed his breakfast. We would come again if ever back in the area. Well worth the visit!

They were busy but they always are. I had gluten free Apple pancakes. they tasted decent a little bland. I got super sick. I'm not crazy sensitive I have celiacs but don't have a ton of trouble eating out. This was my first time at snooze. No idea what happened maybe they were to busy to be careful. But I got super sick. I won't be back :( bummer

Wasn't as great as the boulder location. I was able to have the tortillas there no problem, but this location makes the corn tortillas on the same as the wheat. Hardly gluten free. Had the toast instead and still gave me some symptoms. Be careful here.

The reviews from 2013 and 2015 about cross contamination really freaked me out, but i've eaten here twice (as well as the one in Fort Collins) and have never had a problem. They wipe down the grill for gluten free, and are knowledgeable about the difference between allergy and celiac. The gluten-free blueberry danish pancakes are some of the best gf pancakes i've had since i was diagnosed with Celiac 8 years ago. Amanda was our server and she was fantastic!

My daughter and I both have Celiac and are super sensitive. We were advised both times that no guarantee can be made to avoid cross contamination. We split the Snooze Classic Three farm fresh cage free eggs cooked any style and your choice of ham, bacon, sausage, chorizo, pulled pork, chicken sausage or soyrizo. Includes hash browns and choice of toast. It comes with gluten free toast. WARNING: shared toaster, so ask them to toast under appliance that melts cheese instead. We also ordered a GF pancake...it's big and delicious! My husband, who has no issues with gluten, preferred it over the regular oancake๐Ÿ˜Š My husband ordered the Chilaquiles Benedict Flavorful barbacoa beef over a stack of ranchero sauced tortillas and melted cheese, with poached cage free eggs, roasted poblano hollandaise, pico de gallo and cotija cheese and the Chile Verde Benny Slow cooked pulled pork over a stack of green chile sauced tortillas and melted cheese with poached cage free eggs and green chili hollandaise, pico de gallo and cotija cheese. Which are both GF and Yummy!

I had the breakfast taco with corn tortilla for lunch and it was amazing (three huge tacos). It's a cool place to look at, our waiter was not concerned we were there, took 10 mins before we were even asked for drinks. When he finally did come to take our order, I mentioned I have a severe allergy and he just looked like a deer in the headlights. I ordered as best I could knowing what my body puts up with. I was breaking out what hives from something that was on the table before we were even served. Next time, if there is one, I'll be doing carry out.

I went here once and ordered the blueberry pancakes. They tasted amazing and I felt fine. I was told that it is a "gluten-free friendly" environment, but that most of their menu was gluten-free by default. And I felt fine afterwards. Fast forward 3 days later, I come here and order the same gluten-free blueberry pancakes. However, this time around I experience some of the worst gluten symptoms I've ever had. Insides on fire for multiple days. Unsure whether the pancakes themselves were not GF (which could have been an ordering mistake), or there was serious cross-contamination. Either way, I would recommend Celiacs avoid this place, since there is likely a high amount of cross-contamination.

There were only 2 items on the entire menu that couldn't be made GF. I was so happy to have so many options! I ended up ordering huevos rancheros but since this my first trip here, my waiter brought me a cinnamon butter pecan pancake free of charge to try. Smart man because I will definitely be back! It was beyond delicious! I am usually wary of GF bread options because of texture. I miss bread but many bread replacements don't cut it. This pancake was AMAZING - delicious and the texture was perfect. I can't wait to go back! Our waiter said they can't guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination but their kitchen has special areas and griddles for their GF menu items. No stomach pains for me and multiple delicious options means I will be back!
