Nonchalance from staff does not make me feel safe, also the fact that you pay more for two skinny pieces of dry gf bread when the original has thick brioche slices… would come back if I had to but wouldn’t go out of my way
They are able to offer all of their pancake and French toast options GF. They have corn tortilla for the taco options and GF bread for sandwiches. I had the GF strawberry shortcake pancakes and my husband had the GF stuffed French toast. They were both delicious, had a great texture. Could not tell they were GF. Would def visit again.
There are tons of options for gluten free including all of the pancakes but the vegan one. My pancakes came out with an allergy stick labeled gluten. They were great

GF pancakes here are the bomb! 95% of menu can be made GF if you ask!!
Had the classic which is eggs, bacon( or another protein), hash browns, and toast. I got a pancake on the side. I didn’t like the eggs but everything else was delicious and I didn’t get sick. Loved the pancake and toast.
Delicious pancakes! I’m very very sensitive and I’ve never gotten sick here.
Very accommodating of GF/DF needs. Server asked immediately if there were any allergies at the table and gave good suggestions.
They can make almost everything GF! Highly recommend the GF pancakes.
Menu did not have any gluten free labeling but when I asked the waitress about gluten free options she was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free, which includes all pancakes, which she provided a free complimentary pancake to try. Never got sick.
The food was exceptional, and the staff knowledgeable about preperation.

Had a positive breakfast experience here. Many options, including pancakes and French toast. Had the cinnamon roll pancake and it was large and delicious.
I have eaten here a handful of times and have never had an issue! The staff is trained on Celiac and can go over the menu with you. The food is delicious and almost the whole menu can be modified to be gf.

Good food and the staff is very aware of gluten & cross contamination. I went 2x during my trip and had no issues! Pancake flight was *so* good
Fantastic place to eat for those with celiac!! The first thing our server asked when she got to the table was does anyone have any allergies. There was a wide variety of items that are available GF, and they take extra precautions in preparation for those that have celiac. Our food was absolutely amazing and the service was impeccable!! Highly recommend!!
